Webhosting Terms

It is prohibited to place on the server pages and files that are not in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic must not be contrary to generally accepted moral and ethical standards and must not harm a third person or organization.

The server operator VIXLab s.r.o. (ID: 476 78 551, VAT: CZ47678551) hereinafter referred to as the operator takes no responsibility for the content published by user pages. This responsibility is borne by the user. The server operator reserves the right to cancel the pages and files that would violate the law of the Czech Republic, or harm another person were in breach of these terms and conditions.

Operator agrees that the information on each user when creating a user account stated, any third party (except official request police and law enforcement authorities in criminal proceedings or the necessary data destined for the registration of domain to domain registrator). When you register, you must provide true data. The operator meets all the requirements of § 4 of the Law on the protection of personal data.

Your site must not in any way violate the security of the server, and no matter how prepared with the intent to harm the server operator. It is forbidden to overextend server enormous data transfer without the knowledge of the operator.

Operator agrees that data to any third party site, the data edit, censor or monitor, with the exception of monitoring the volume of transmitted data.

In the event of planned and unplanned server downtime, the operator commits a fault as soon as possible. Thus, the operator disclaims any liability for damage caused by the unavailability of your website.

Operator reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, even without notice.
8.
Services are charged according to the current price list. Ordered services shall be activated after receipt of payment.
9.
User agrees with preservation of personal data on the server operator.
10.
Exceeding the allowable space on the server, the user undertakes data as soon as possible. In repeated cases, the user will automatically change hosting options for higher.
